This is from a photo I took when my friend brought her granddaughter out to see our horses. This young colt is only two months old and already showing all the characteristics of a good Quarter Horse. He let her walk up to him in the pasture and pet him. He then laid down and went to sleep while she knelt beside him. He is now a strapping 10 year old and still has that great personality.
